The last couple years, and especially since the release of the iPhone 7 and the end of the headphone port it seems everybody and their brother has entered the wireless earbud market. Apple and Many others are now all competing for our money.

This weekend I drove over to AU, my cellular carrier here in Japan to pickup my new Series 3 w/ LTE Apple Watch that I ordered a couple weeks ago. I have the original Series 0 and I've been waiting for enough feature additions to justify an upgrade.

Okinawa Life via Narrative Clip
Friday I decided, completely unplanned, to drive north and hike up to Hiji Falls in Kunigami prefecture. If you know me, you know that hiking is not my thing, but it was a beautiful day here in Okinawa and beautiful weather makes me happy enough to go hiking apparently. So, me and my happy self jumped in the car and drove north, stopping along the way at Nago Beach. I was expecting rougher waters with a typhoon rolling in, but the beach was really nice.

Why do we take photographs? For most of us it's simply to record memories. Special occasions, travel, the amazing lunch we had yesterday with our friends, milestones in our lives. As a photographer for more than 30 years, I've spent my share of time behind the camera. My only regrets are the photos that I've missed.
